Cristian Randle,President/CEO- graduate of Grambling State University. Received her B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation. Graduate of Webster University with a Masters in Health Administration and Business Administration. Currently, she is pursing her Doctrate of Philospophy with emphasis in Human Services Administration. She has 5+ years of experience in program planning and has worked with children throughout her entire career. Cristian gained experience with working with the special needs population through serving as a Recreation Therapist for Marillac and Crittenton Childrens Center.
Carrie Randle- graduate of Grambling State University with a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation. Completed her Master Degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism at Michigan State University. She has 8 years of experience in program planning, budgeting, grant writing, and has worked with children for several years. Carrie also has a great deal of experience with working with the special population as she has served as the Inclusion facilitator for Kansas City Parks and Recreation.
LaShanta Harris- received her A.A. from Donnelly College specializing in Social Services. She has 11 + years of experience with working with youth in the mental health setting. She has also worked with children in the juvenile correction system. LaShanta has a passion to help children discover and reach their full potential in life.
Alicia Johnson- received her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. She has worked in the mental health field six years. Throughout her career she has gained experience in facilitating psychosocial groups with youth and program planning. Alicia has a great deal of experience with working with the special population and enjoys working with children in need.
Enndia Young- received her B.S. in Health Sciences with emphasis in Health Management from Howard University. She is currently working in a Masters degree on Health Administration and a Masters of Business Adminsitration. Enndia has a great deal of experince and knowledge in writing grants and financial data management for not-for-profit organization.
